What to expect from a physiotherapy consultation.
You will first discuss your condition with your physiotherapist including the history, symptoms and any other ongoing health conditions.
You will be asked to perform certain movements that will allow your physiotherapist to examine your condition.
Your physiotherapist will then discuss the findings of your assessment in detail and provide information and advice regarding your condition.
Exercises and advice will be prescribed to improve your condition by your physiotherapist
