 Pilates Options:

  • Face to face Physiotherapy Pilates Classes in the stunning setting of Knockrose, The Scalp, Co Dublin . These classes are run in a six week block and are limited to six clients per class. Classes take place at 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am and 12.30pm. Please email info@osteo-p.com for more information and to register for these classes.

  • Virtual Pilates Classes: and one to one sessions. We keep all our Virtual classes small which allows for exercise correction and client specific modifications. Please see the class schedule below to book classes or the book a class page.

  • Osteo-P Video Library: hosted on Patreon. Clients subscribe to a monthly subscription and have unlimited access to all classes. allowing clients to exercise at a time that is convenient for them. There are classes to suit all levels from the more experienced client to the complete beginner

  • Osteo-P Mobile: Pilates Classes and individual sessions in Enniskerry, North Wicklow and South Dublin. We travel to your home or workplace. For more information on this service please contact Osteo-P by email or phone.

Osteo-P Physiotherapy Pilates Classes are given by Chartered Physiotherapist Justine Brook. The classes incorporate:

  • Flexibility, mobility and strengthening exercises

  • Balance retraining,

  • Weight bearing for joint health

  • Posture correction

  • Exercises to improve spinal alignment

    Osteo-P Physiotherapy Pilates Classes are suitable for clients:

  • Recovering from sports injuries or as part of a rehabilitation programme

  • Back and neck pain

  • Osteoporosis and Osteopenia

  • For General health and well being, to improve mobility, strength and balance.

  • Osteo-P Physiotherapy Pilates will help you improve your core control and balance which can help to reduce the risk of falls. Osteo-P Pilates exercises are modified for people with Osteoporosis to avoid over flexing and forcing extremes of rotation of the spine.

    If you are new to Osteo-P it is recommended you schedule a one to one session for assessment and screening through our telehealth or mobile appointments. Osteo-P will create an individual clients specific programme after your Online Pilates Assessment which can be used in combination with our group Virtual Pilates Classes.
